Cross Country Season is here... and my rehab is complete... Now is the time to knock some time... Starting Metamora Invite... Ran 18:18 on 2.94 course... for my Senator Team! Getting primed for CS8 conference meet in Lincoln Park... Rochester is the team to beat and Emily Chelsvig is the defending Champion... Cannot wait! Go Senators!!
