South Carolina's cross country team begins its 2013 season this Friday by hosting the Carolina Challenge, the first of three scheduled home meets this year. Both races are scheduled for 5,000 meters, with the women beginning at 6 p.m. and the men starting at 6:45 p.m. at Hilton Field on Fort Jackson.
